Research Update

CleanAmp™ Primers for Improved Multiplex Reverse-Transcription-PCR
CleanAmp™ Primers may significantly improve your one-step reverse-transcription-PCR (RT-PCR) results. Recent one-step RT-PCR experiments with four human targets from total RNA showed improved specificity and increased amplicon yield both in singleplex and in multiplex.
