Pricing is affected by modifications to the nucleoside, the degree of purity, the amount of final compound required and whether the starting material is available, must be purchased or needs to be synthesized.
For phosphoramidite syntheses: Please include the structure and the final yield required. All of our phosphoramidites are analyzed by RP-HPLC, 31P NMR, MS and undergo a coupling test. |
