Synthesis for success
TriLink provides high quality reagents for the synthesis and modification of DNA and RNA. Our product offerings include phthalimidyl 3' amino supports and DADE, a novel product that allows direct conjugation to amines while on the support. Each lot of these reagents must pass a rigorous quality assurance program that includes analytical testing by NMR, HPLC and MS. These products are then incorporated into an oligonucleotide in our own DNA synthesis facility and must pass coupling and/or conjugation assays.
