- Pricing for converting nucleosides into the triphosphate or polyphosphate is
quoted on an individual basis and does not include the cost of the
nucleoside.
- Customers may provide their own nucleoside, TriLink can purchase the
nucleoside if it is commercially available or it can be prepared as a custom
synthesis.
- Modifications to the nucleoside, the degree of the purity, the amount of
final compound required and whether the starting material is available, must be purchased or needs to be synthesized are all variables that affect the price.
- Tri- and polyphosphates are purified by HPLC and analyzed by 31P-NMR and Mass Spec.
- They are supplied as lithium salts and are sent with a Certificate of
Analysis.
- Small scale synthesis of 10 -500 mgs typically have yields between 10% and 40%; lead times range from 4-8 weeks
- Large scale synthesis and cGMP manufacturing is also available.
