Expected Yields
In general, yields of HPLC purified (~ 90%) unmodified DNA oligonucleotides are as follows: 0.2 umole scale: 5 - 15 OD units (~0.15 mg - 0.5 mg) 1.0 umole scale: 20- 60 OD units (~0.66 mg - 2 mg) 15 umole scale: 300 - 750 OD units (~10 - 25 mg) Yield and purity differences can be caused by many factors, such as sequence and length.
