Description
Biotin-16-Aminoallyl-2'-deoxyuridine can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA via PCR, nick translation, primer extension using Klenow(exo-) DNA polymerase, and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT). Biotinylated cDNA can be prepared with this NTP using Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MLV) reverse transcriptase.
