Trimers (for codon mutagenesis)

TriLink offers oligonucleotide synthesis using 2'-deoxynucleoside trimer phosphoramidites. This chemistry is the simplest approach to oligonucleotide-directed mutagenesis. Although there are 64 possible codon combinations, all 20 amino acids can be achieved with only 20 codons.
