Description
Cyanine 5-Aminoallyluridine-5'-Triphosphate is a substrate for T7 RNA polymerase, allowing the incorporation of cyanine 5 into RNA and mRNA during in vitro transcription. Cyanine 5 incorporation allows for fluorescent detection of RNA and mRNA independent of protein translation.
