Bioconjugation Reagents

SoluLink® bioconjugation technology enables rapid and quantifiable bioconjugate preparation. At the core of this technology are the complementary linkers HyNic and 4FB, which couple to form a chromogenic bis-arylhydrazone bond. This bond is easily quantified with a spectrophotometer reading to determine the degree of linker incorporation and conjugation between two molecules. SoluLink bioconjugation technology has been applied to conjugation kits, ChromaLink® biotin and digoxigenin, and streptavidin magnetic beads and agarose to develop bioconjugation products with industry-leading performance.
